The new Hungarian constitution will be ready on 15 March and will be adopted a month later, its main author MEP József Szájer, who wrote part of it on his iPad, told me in an interview.
“Steve Jobs will surely be happy when he gets word that Hungary’s new constitution is being written on an iPad, actually my iPad,” Szajer said in his blog, adding that it was the first constitution in the world to be written on the device. I got the translation from EurActiv Hungary‘s blog.
But the Hungarian opposition finds the procedure for adopting the new constitution illegitimate. The new constitution appears to be a one-party project written by three people.
I wonder if Steve Jobs will be happy from the fact that it’s already called “the iPad constitution”.Georgi Gotev
