  1. I originally thought that this could be a negative development; the Visegrad Four, and it could if we’re going to separate into factions; next it will be a Mediterranean faction! That could be the future…

    On the other hand…this is a reflection, and in my view, a positive way of dealing with the Franco-German dominance problem. We all respect the wonderful cooperation and peace of the two countries, and their economic strength, but this does not mean that the rest of us are ‘too small’ etc. to have sufficient involvement. This Visegrad Four could be a positive counter-action to this…

    I’m not native to any of these countries but I’m interested and hopeful of this development.
